This is a picture of me snuggling a baby goat. His name is Devon, but I call him Bubba.
If you look closely into my sunglasses, you’ll see my husband, Garth. Garth and I live in a cabin in the Front Range foothills near Nederland, CO with our two Labradors, Jenny Pig & Elwood “Delilah” Jones (also named Bubba).
I’m a Writer
I’m a memoirist who is writing a book while studying animal communication. The book is about intuition & how my pups helped me tap into mine.
Dog Mama for Hire
While I’m writing my book, I’m filling my heart (and my pockets) by offering dog walking, dog sitting, and dog boarding services in the Front Range foothills near Nederland, CO.
Animal Communicator
I am a proud Fur Mama to two Labradors, Jenny & Elwood, who have taught me everything I know about unconditional love.
I am learning animal communication to deepen my connection with my own fur babies as well as help other human beings connect to their animal companions on a more profound level.

Garth
Garth (AKA my husband) is a dog lover and retired wildland firefighter. Now, he works from home and enjoys puppy snuggles in between conference calls.

Jenny (AKA "Pig Dog") is a 9-year-old silver lab. Her past times include patrolling the yard, hunting for chipmunks, and sun worshipping on the deck. Her snoring is epic (hence the nickname) and she is 100% in charge (just ask Elwood).Elwood (AKA "Baby Fart") is a 5-year-old black lab mutt. He enjoys rolling in dirt patches, barking at ghosts, and receiving Reiki from his mama. He goes and goes and goes until he drops...and when he drops, he drops dead!The Pad
I live in central Gilpin County, about a mile from Taggert’s.
We are 15 mins south of Nederland, 40 mins west of Golden, 35-45 mins from Boulder, and 1 hour from Denver.
The furniture is dog-friendly, the yard is fenced-in, and the vibe is low-key.
We only accept 2 additional dogs in our home, so your pup will be part of our family while you’re gone!
